"There are many at the present day thus clinging to the customs and traditions of their fathers. When YHVH sends them additional light, they refuse to accept it, because, not having been granted to their fathers, it was not received by them.
"We are not placed where our fathers were; consequently our duties and responsibilities are not the same as theirs.
"We shall not be approved of Yah in looking to the example of our fathers to determine our duty instead of searching the Word of truth for ourselves. Our responsibility is greater than was that of our ancestors. We are accountable for the light which they received, and which was handed down as an inheritance for us, and we are accountable also for the additional light which is now shining upon us from the Word of Yah."
YahShua also said in the same vein: "If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin; but now they have no cloak for their sin."
Ken Jones, in the spring of 2000, while we were in the lunch commons at a university in Lincoln, Nebraska commented with frustration: "Why are we losing? We are losing in this country? We should have MORE light than Finney had. But we are losing and more ineffetcive than Finney." (I am paraphrasing what Ken said by the way -- however that was the gist.
The thing is, I DO HAVE MORE MORAL LIGHT THAN MARTIN LUTHER, JOHN WESLEY OR EVEN FINNEY. So does Chris Barr. So do many thousands of others across this earth. That greater moral light is RETURNING BACK TO TORAH -- the final culmination in this reformation begun by Huss.
Finally, a quote from Daniel Lee: "Oh, how many, many, many Christians there are today who rerfuse to keep Torah because this great Truth was not revealed to Finney, or Wesley or Luther or Huss! Rather than examining the Word of YHVH, they go back to "church history" and claim that we do not need to keep Torah! If they would but take YHVH's Holy Bible at face value -- and DO the laws and commandments therein -- THEY WOULD PRESS IN TO THE RUACH HA KADOSH!"
What other excuse can there be that one so learned in both history and the Bible, such as Ken Jones, does not keep the very Law he claims to love and defend???
